NUBCU provides strong advocacy for our members. We negotiate better wages, improved working conditions, and equal opportunities for Black carpenters in all sectors of the construction industry. Our goal is to ensure that our members receive fair pay, secure contracts, and are treated with respect in every project they undertake.
