Mentorship and Leadership Development
We believe in fostering the next generation of Black carpenters and leaders. NUBCU offers mentorship programs that connect experienced carpenters with younger apprentices and journeymen, providing guidance, support, and career advice. Through leadership development, we prepare our members to take on supervisory roles, own their own businesses, and become leaders in their communities.
